Documentation systems I designed and built, and writing I published along the way.

Four posts I wrote for Lean Tech, now part of Lean Solutions Group, a nearshore staffing and outsourcing company serving U.S. businesses. Different readers, different jobs: recruiting talent, shaping a culture narrative, and persuading B2B buyers.

The same discipline as technical writing—know the reader, lead with what they need, back claims with evidence—applied to candidates, employees, and executives.
