Who is responsible

Cookies

If you say yes in the analytics notice, Google Analytics sets cookies to count visits: pages viewed, device, and approximate location. That helps me see what’s useful to you. If you play the mini-game, I also count how each round went (level, result, timings and missteps, nothing personal) to tune its difficulty. Without your OK, the site sets no cookies and loads no tracking scripts, and nothing is ever used for advertising. You can change your choice anytime from “Analytics settings” in the footer. Your theme and sound choices stay in your own browser.

Quote requests

When you send the quote form, I receive the details you choose to share: your email, which is required, and any optional fields. I use them only to reply to your request and discuss the project.

Updates

I send occasional updates about new articles, resources, or projects only if you check the updates box. You can opt out at any time by replying to any message.

Service providers

Web3Forms delivers the form to my email, Vercel hosts the site and keeps standard server logs, and Google Analytics measures visits only if you accept. Google may process that data outside Colombia, including in the United States. I don’t sell your data or share it with anyone else.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, by emailing me. This notice is written with Colombia’s personal data law (Law 1581 of 2012) and the EU GDPR principles in mind.

Retention

I keep request emails for as long as the conversation and any resulting work require, and delete them sooner if you ask.
